PTA

Bishop Douglass has an enthusiastic PTA (Parent Teacher Association) and all parents, carers and staff are members.

The objective of the PTA is to: strengthen the links between teachers, parents, students and the local community through social activities and raise funds for our school.

The Association will:

• Foster more extended relationships between the staff, the parents and others associated with the school, and
• Engage in activities that support the school and advance the education of the pupils attending it.

The committee meets once per term to arrange events. Our events have included Christmas Movie Night and International Summer Fair.

The PTA has Coffee Mornings every term, where parents can socialise and purchase or donate second hand uniform.
